Based in central Launceston, we specialise in premium Tasmanian gourmet meats, traditional fresh cuts, continental smallgoods, dry cured meats, gourmet sausages and authentic game or seasonal meats. All of our gourmet meats are proudly sourced from Tasmanian farms and when you buy Casalinga meats you know you are supporting Tasmanian businesses and Tasmanian families.  

Casalinga has a reputation for providing premium Tasmanian produce and high quality service and expert advice. We understand our industry and supply meat from farms with ethical animal treatment and welfare and all of our produce is free of additional hormones. 

We can arrange refrigerated delivery across Tasmania, and
