Sausages

There are few food products that stand the test of time; but sausages are certainly among them and are deeply embedded in our Australian culture. It’s not just the product itself, but what the product represents; from the plain sausage sizzle at school, to becoming adults frequently hosting a social occasion centred around a BBQ in the summer breeze.

Throughout his career, Rob has developed and refined many sausage recipes and while our customers each have their favourites, there is never a standard range to choose from. Rob often experiments and trials different recipes and styles, so make sure you keep an eye out for the next limited edition and seasonal variety. We are more than willing to take your order for any quantity when you are after a particular flavour and they can all be made in either thick, thin or chipolata sizes. We are also proud to say that they are all gluten free and made from natural skins, preservative free/paleo sausages are also available Wednesday through to Saturday in four different flavours.
