We source fresh product from locally registered producers which allows us to showcase the best of free range turkey, poultry & game meats. Our pork comes from award winning farmers, which provides us with quality flavours to produce succulent hams, processed on the premises by Rob himself. Whether it be hams & turkeys or an Australian BBQ there is something to suit every table and our staff are able to assist you with advice to suits your needs.
Our hams are meticulously prepared and cooked by Rob on the premises from Scottsdale pork using his own specially blended curing mix. All our hams are ready to eat but are also suitable to glaze and oven bake.

All our pork are hand selected female pigs from Scottsdale pork, scored and ready for your family feast. For the best results with your crackling ensure the skin is completely dry and well rubbed with a coarse ground rock salt.
